Quotations are valid for 30 days from the quotation date. The quotation is limited to the work and materials listed. Any changes or additions to this quotation will be listed separately and may incur additional charges. Products and materials are owned by this company until payment has been cleared. Guarantees on all products used are with the manufacturer and not with the company. No liability will be accepted by the company for any financial losses or personal injury resulting from product or material failures. Customers who wish to purchase their own materials should check with the company first to confirm suitability and compliance with current standards and regulations. No liability will be accepted by the company for financial losses due to the customer purchasing incorrect materials. Making good of plasterwork, decoration, re-decoration, specialist refitting of carpets, flooring, etc, is the responsibility of the customer. The company will take all reasonable steps to meet the dates and timescales given for commencement and completion of work, and no liability will be accepted by the company for any losses caused by failure to meet indicated timescales. All work shall be carried out at mutually agreed times. The customer shall ensure that the areas in which work is to be carried out are safe and will assume all responsibility for any personal effects and furnishings, bearing in mind the nature of the work. The company will make every effort to protect all aspects of your property/business and your way of life. Any unforeseen matters that may arise resulting in delays or additional costs for the project will be brought to your attention at the soonest possible opportunity. All work will be compliant with the current electrical and health and safety regulations. Every effort will be made to keep areas of work tidy and safe at all times. Any interruptions to the power supply will be kept to the minimum, and the company will give as much notice as possible if this were to occur. In the event of an interruption to the power supply, the company cannot accept any responsibility for loss of down time or inconvenience caused. Any complaint regarding workmanship, conduct or defects should be brought to our attention as soon as possible, but within 7 days of concern. All payments shall be made in full within 14 days from the date of the invoice.
